We want to share our thanks to the Bracknell team, because we had such a good time. First of all, the location of the hotel is excellent. The surroundings were an absolute treat and very pleasant. Room services was very good and staff were very attentive and quick to respond to anything we required. Morning breakfast is free, and they served a variety of dishes. Lunch and Dinner were delicious as well. They set up a plantation walk in the morning and that was the best part. It was a very memorable experience and all kudos to the Bracknell team.

Nice place to stay. Quite calm and peaceful. Room was spacious for a family with a kid. Excellent view from the balcony. Food was amazing with lots and loads of variety. Service was wonderful. We were delighted by the kind and warm service.

Brilliant location and cool environs. We had a memorable stay. The service and hospitality was excellent. The front office staff were very receptive and cooperative. The food was awesome and tasty. The services of housekeeping staff all others were very warm courteous and obliging. Overall unforgettable.

The location is fantastic, offering a refreshing ambiance. The atmosphere was Calm and peaceful. The smell of Cardamom will infuse you in morning. Service was great. The room balcony has a great view. Food at the restaurant is great, especially continental..||Thanks to all to make our stay memorable

Excellent place This property is around 10-15 minutes away from Munnar. It is nestled between the mountains and provides an excellent view of the cardamom plantation. It is situated in an isolated location away from the noise and hustle-bustle of the city. We stayed in the balcony rooms and it was super comfortable. They provided us with plantation Trekking. The food here is awesome and you don't feel the need to have access to city restaurants. They don't serve liquor so it's better to go prepared in case you want to drink. This place offers pure relaxation and you have enough to keep yourself occupied. They ensured a comfortable and pleasant stay for all the guests. This will be our go-to place whenever we visit Munnar. the properties' location makes a better stay than typical hotel stays

Amazing experience Great place to stay with family… we stayed there for two nights, I wish we could’ve booked our stay for 3-4 days. The food was great. The place was so calm and serene. It was wonderful experience of our stay at munnar. Actually they accepted our request for early check-in and could accommodate us before the mentioned time upon request as small kid is there and we reached early. Complimentary breakfast was sufficient. Room and amenities were excellent. Room services were just a dial away. Would like to go there again in our next trip as well. Definitely recommend this resorts if someone's travelling with family, and friends. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and accepting our request of early check-in. 🙏🌸 Keep it up. We stayed for 2 days service was excellent and food was awesome we had great time there and the staffs are very friendly and co operative. Would like to personally thanks to Baiju the manager of that property he was too good and the way he treat the people was awesome.
